This is such a tragedy. . . Paramedics responded to a 911 call at 12:26 p.m. Jackson, 50, was not breathing when they arrived.
The paramedics performed CPR on the way to the hospital. [He's in] really bad shape," a family member told TMZ.
The cause of Michael's death was unknown, although he went in for cardiac arrest. This all comes as a shock since Jackson's PR said the "Thriller" star was in the best shape of his life, and was excited for his comeback tour.
Michael Jackson was one of the kindest, most gifted, PEACEMAKERS of the WORLD, the GREATEST legend of our generation!!! This all feels so surreal. . . . "Beat It" is blasting in my CD player right now, and I am so stunned.
